Amazing Pineapple Juice For Weight Loss

Pineapple is rich in bromelain, an enzyme that has proven to boost the metabolism and burn fat.
Nutritionists recommend regular consumption of pineapples, as this fruit contributes to a natural weight loss process, eliminates cellulite, prevents wrinkles and fights allergies.
Pineapple juice is quick and easy to make:
Ingredients:
1 pineapple
1 tsp flaxseed oil
2dl cold water or ice cubes
lime or lemon juice, optional
Preparation:
Keep the pineapple in the fridge, as it will taste better. Clean it and cut it into chunks.
Put the chunks in a blender, then add the flaxseed oil and some lemon or lime juice. Finally, add a handful of ice cubes or cold water.
Blend well and keep the juice in the fridge.
